     "An Act relating to certain federal statutes, regulations,                                                                 
     presidential executive orders, and secretarial orders; relating to the                                                     
     duties of the attorney general; and providing for an effective date."

Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                 
the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the                                                     
effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                            
                                                                                                                                
Representative Gara later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                                                         
CSHB 8(FIN), and reconsideration was taken up then.
